Good morning! Today is off to a pretty good start. I've worked out and had my quiet time all before 9 am. That's impressive for me! Laughing

Lisa, I'm glad you are getting a quiet week. I'm sure you need some rest!

Renee, I bet your DD is so glad to finally be back on the slopes. It seems like she was out of commission for so long!

Jamie, I'm glad your report from the doctor was a good one! I think we were posting at the same time on Friday and I missed it until today.

I have to go to the gynecologist today. Yuck. Just my annual, but still no fun. That is the only thing on my calendar for today. The rest of the day will be normal school/household stuff.

I am not happy with this week's results. I gained 1.5 lbs. Crazy that I had the stomach bug and still gained! But, I was feeling really weak and wasn't able to be active at all. Every time I started moving around, I got nauseated. Yet, I was still able to eat. Calories in and no calories out=weight gain. Boo!

This may mean that my monthly goal won't be reached. But, I am going to work hard to get as close as possible. This morning, I was able to workout for the first time in a week and I plan to workout every day except Wednesday (I get plenty of movement in at co-op, though). I am also going to be careful to stay in my calorie goal each day.

I'm up also. I completed my goal of 100 miles of exercise this morning. I am taking a break!!! I do think some of my weight gain is from inflammation, so easing back on the over the top workouts will help. The high mileage has also affected my sleep negatively. So, for the rest of the month, I can be less active and concentrate more on diet.

I'm off to order myself a shiny 100 mile medal. I have no idea how much more than 100 I did, but I did not include any of my fitbit steps, only specific running/walking for exercise miles.

I'm glad to know I'm not the only one! I think winter weather is to blame...I am trapped indoors quite a bit, and bored. I am trying to stay active, but am not too worried about a little weight gain. I just don't want to go above where I am right now.

Where do emotions come from? Are they from the world or created from the mind of God? (long) ... The issue that I would like to address is the statment that you make that: "Emotions are of this world."
