Id love a great stuffing recipe. Id like one that I dont have to actually bake IN THE BIRD. I make a mean turkey, but it doesnt work out with a stuffed turkey.

open to your no fail suggestions! Wink

After years of searching for a really good stuffing recipe, I found Paula Deen's recipe last year and it was a hit and a keeper. My dh is from TX their stuffing is always made of cornbread.

I make an excellent dressing, but don't go by a recipe. Just read Paula Dean's and its very similar to mine, so you'd probably be very happy with her recipe. A couple of hints...don't use sweet cornbread, saute veggies in butter, I use much more sage/poultry seasoning than Paula...I LOVE a sage-y dressing!
