However, confessing it is the key to opening the door to a new beginning. Nobody coerces me to eat chocolate; no one compels the angry words that spew from my lips; and nobody commands me to be impetuous, imprudent and self-centered. What but sin explains our continual failure to do that which we purpose to do? [Support our Advertisers!]

Holding steady this week...a pretty sedentary week, and I am eating in the evenings, so it does not bode well if this continues!

I need to get regular exercise, and then find activities besides sitting in front of the TV.

Goals for this week:

-Morning exercise every day
-Purposeful activity in the evening
-Drink tea instead of eating leftovers between meals and at night

How about you?

I'm down, YEAH!!!

I want to eat really healthy this week. DH is gone and so I have more flexibility about meal planning. My plan is to take the week off exercise. I am very disciplined in my workouts and tend to be very rigid. My races are done for the year, so I have time to just rest. I think it will be really good for me, but I don't want it to be at the expense of the scale.

So, an extra sharp eye on the food intake and some extra sleep. I'm hoping to meet a girlfriend for lunch at the vegan restaurant as a treat.

In Him--Tracy

My jeans remain loose - not ready for a smaller size, but getting there.

Eating vegetables has gone better ....I wonder if there is a limit on how much broccoli and green peppers one should eat. Wink

I need to research osteopenia and if carbonated/sparkling/mineral water is bad for me.

I've started hand stitching again in the evening when dd and I sit down so that helps with not snacking.

Goals -
no mt. dew
meal plan 4 days - heavy on new recipes and vegies
walk more
exercise bands 4 x

25yos, 23yos, 13 yod I guess I am old enough for adult children.

My stomach hurts, but I still choose joy! :-)

"Our Learning Opportunities" ... I've been thinking about the learning that can take place each day. Not the learning my children are doing, but the daily opportunities I have to learn.
