How has your week been as far as eating goes?|
I do really well until I sit down for the night - I need to figure out a different routine.
How is your progress toward your goal?
I have not weighed myself in ages - I need to start doing that again but am thinking I will concentrate on not munching my way through the evening. A handful of almonds is ok - almonds,a cheese stick, etc isn't!
What are your goals for the coming week?
No Mt. Dew - Cut back on the tea - 2 fruits a day.
25yos, 23yos, 13 yod I guess I am old enough for adult children.
My stomach hurts, but I still choose joy! :-)
