So... I missed the first of the month for updates. With school starting and Dan's mom being so sick, life has just been crazy.|
I'm determined to get back to exercising three days a week. Now that fall is here, we started our gym membership again, and I'm going to force myself to go after work Monday.
Even with all the travel and being at the hospital, we've done pretty well with our eating, and I'm happy to report I've lost 6 more pounds. That brings me to a total of 25 since the end of October 2015. These six pounds came off very quickly - not sure why or how, but I'll take it!
THM is now almost second nature for me. It was a struggle at the beginning, but I'm glad I stuck with it.
