I'm not into smoothies right now and I'm trying to get more flaxseed into my diet. Smile

1/2 c. ground flaxseed
1/4 c. natural peanut butter
1/8 c. honey
1 t. water

Mix together until all ingredients are wet. Add more flaxseed 1 t. at a time (I used a total of 1 T.) until it's not too sticky to handle. Pat into a big ball, divide into 8 sections, then roll each section into a little ball a flatten slightly. Refrigerate.

Each ball has approximately 150 calories.

If I were home, I would have used coconut oil instead of the water, which would add just a few calories.

I can't do peanut butter but these sound great and I'm sure would with another nut-butter. Thanks! Smile

"Calling Home" ... "Our pastor said one of the distinguishing marks of Christian is unceasing without ceasing. I was taking notes furiously good stuff! However, he then posed a question that stopped me cold: 'What does your prayer life have to do with the will of God?' I stopped writing: 'My prayer life has something to do with the will of God?'"
