A long time ago, (in a galaxy far, far away...)..sorry... Laughing Wink

I had this fantastic sweet potato recipe, and it originated from a women's magazine that my Mom gave to me (maybe Woman's World?) Not sure...anyway, all I remember is the following:

cooked sweet potatoes
heavy cream
orange marmalade
assorted pie spices

I had to put everything in my food processor then just pour the whole thing into 1 or 2 pie crusts.

It was DELICIOUS!! The orange marmalade was the secret ingredient.

I CANNOT find this recipe and I have torn my house upside down.

Does this sound familiar to anyone, or do any of you have a recipe that is similar, especially with the addition of the orange marmalade?

Does this look anything like it? It calls for a cup of orange marmalade.

I have not achieved it, but I focus on this one thing: Forgetting the past and looking forward to what lies ahead, I press on to reach the end of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which God, through Christ Jesus, is calling us. ~Phil 3:13-14~

This is not exactly it, Pam. However, if I can't find the original recipe, this looks like it would work out fine! I know that there were no eggs in the original one, but that doesn't matter to me if eggs are in there.

Thanks so much for posting this. Smile
