I have a 3 pound roast I was planning in crockpotting tomorrow. The "use by" date was the 19th. Is it still good??

Has it been refrigerated or frozen before now? If frozen, should be no problem at all. If refrigerated, I would smell it - no "odd" odor - should be okay Very Happy
