Do you prefer two handles/knobs or a single handle faucet. I have always preferred two knobs.

One handle! It's so much easier when you've been making meatballs or cutting raw chicken, etc. to just use for forearm to turn on the faucet! No need to smear yuck! all over everything.

And, just in general, I find them more convenient.

I DESPISE one handles faucets!!!!
When I moved here, every sink had them. I plan on replacing all of them eventually!! My kitchen was first.

I voted one handle. If you're into universal design at all, it is much friendlier for folks with mobility issues. My own mobility is fine, but even I find it helpful when I'm try to help my disabled dd stand at the bathroom sink to wash her hands. Much easier and faster to get the right temp quickly while trying to keep dd upright!

Are we talking kitchen or bath? In the kitchen I prefer one handle since I often have one hand full. But, in the bath, I prefer two handles. That way I can easily choose either hot or cold without adjusting if I don't want to bother.

I prefer two knobs in both the kitchen and the bathroom. I do have a single knob in the shower but I would prefer two.

ONE! I like being able to easily turn the water on to whatever temp I want with one hand when the other one is messy. Our kitchen sink has two knobs, and I'd LOVE a new faucet with just one lever. I guess it's too late to ask for that for Christmas. Hmmm... my birthday's in January!

Blessings,

Definitely one handle! I am a little bit of a germophobe, and the thought of all the germs that would be crawling all over knobs on a kitchen faucet grosses me out! I prefer a handle that you can operate with the back of the hand or elbow or wrist.

But...all the way to the right is cold, all the way to the left is hot. Confused

Definitely prefer 2 handles for ease of use.

And as for those pesky germs; well, that's what bleach and vinegar are for.

I have a gallon of each at on hand at all times and I'm not afraid to use them! Nod Laughing
