1 lb. ground beef
1 red pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELLŪ HOME ORIGINALSŪ Taco Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup water
4 cups frozen Southern-style hash browns (cubed not shredded variety)
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

I didn't have frozen corn and substituted a can of drained corn. I also put a can of black beans in. I also added more cheese, but I think it was a little overboard... added that just in case you decideed to add more. I think it would be even better with cheddar cheese!!

Cook beef, pepper and onion...drain fat. Add water and taco seasonings. Mix then add the rest. Put in 350 degree oven and cook for 20-25 minutes.

It was really good.
