I have a few recipes that call for tofu and a few others I just substitute use it in place of the ground beef, but I'd love some new ones. So, what dinners do you make that include tofu in them?

Thanks! Smile

I don't have recipes per se, but here are some things I do:

Fried Tofu Nuggets or patties
Tofu stir fry
Tofu Balls (recipe can be found in The Encyclopedia of Country Living)
Tofu cubed and tossed into my salad
Plain out of the container! Very Happy
Breaded & Baked Tofu cakes
Tofu seasoned and scrambled like eggs

I will buy some blocks of tofu, press out the water, and freeze the block. When it thaws, its texture is more like...dare I say it....chicken! Then it is less likely to fall apart.

Grace & Peace,

"Should Not Perish" ... Have any of you seen the guy with multi-colored hair who would show up at all sorts of sporting events holding a sign that said, "John 3:16"? I would always shout out, "There is that crazy guy with the hair!" ... Years later when I was saved, that verse finally had meaning and what meaning it held!! It was probably the first verse I memorized.
