My plans have changed for today. We were told the visiting nurse was going to come for dh's iv, but the insurance paperwork is not completed, so we have to go to the hospital instead. This forced me to cancel my subbing job for today. Sigh. I guess I can't make plans these days that can't be broken...because definitely dh needs me to drive him. However, I will do anything I need to do to help him feel better! I just hate to commit to helping someone else and then disappoint them.

So, we are at the hospital for a minimum of 3 hours this morning. Apart from that, it's laundry day.

I have a lot of paperwork for my courses, and phone calls to make about finances and whatnot...so that will be my activity today.

What about you?

Have a great day! SOAP for all of you.

Good Morning Lovelies,

Insurance is such a blessing, and such a hassle - I will be praying the forms and request are completed and approved soon, Lisa.

Today is the dentist for dd and me. Eh. I've never had any issues (not even a cavity in 51 years), but still.

Otherwise, no co-op today for MEA weekend here in MN. After the dentist, we plan to:

** do school - lots and lots of school
** laundry x 2
** menu plan for next week w/dd's input
** call my Dad - he is turning 75 today! They are out of town for a board meeting or else we would have gone for lunch.
** youth group for dd - walk with favorite sister in law for me

Very Happy Renee...we are definitely getting our money’s worth on the insurance this year for the first time ever! It costs more than half my pension, but so worth it when you have a need.

Living With a Clean Slate ... Sin is not a word we hear much about during the excesses of the holidays. However, confessing it is the key to opening the door to a new beginning. Nobody coerces me to eat chocolate; no one compels the angry words that spew from my lips; and nobody commands me to be impetuous, imprudent and self-centered. What but sin explains our continual failure to do that which we purpose to do?
